Tres Cadires is a non-profit, local development cooperative that crafts quality artisanal liqueurs and vermouths. We share our production facilities with other agroecological projects and promote agroecology and the social and solidarity economy in the Ponent region of Catalonia.

Liqueurs and vermouths
We started in 2016 by reviving a traditional liqueur: Vi de Nous (walnut wine). Over the years, we have continued to introduce new products: our sloe liqueur Nyons (like patxaran), our Caràcter vermouth (Catalonia’s first organic vermouth) and our ratafia called NVA (the first ratafia that is organic and made without refined sugars).
Shared production facilities and agroecological development
We are committed to sharing our production facilities, improving them and making them available to other agri-food projects focused on social transformation. We also engage in networking and agroecological development projects in the region.
Promotion of cooperativism and the social and solidarity economy
We are part of a range of organisations that promote cooperativism, including Ponent Coopera, the Xarxa d’Economia Solidària and the Federació de Cooperatives de Treball. We are also listed on the Pam a Pam map of Catalonia’s social and solidarity economy, and we conduct regular social audits.
