When we started the cooperative, we set up our own production facilities. Once the production of our walnut wine was underway, we realised that we were underutilising an infrastructure that could be a key tool in the materialisation of many other projects like ours and thus in the local development of the region. This led to the idea of sharing the production facilities we have at Tres Cadires, and we started to look into the idea.
Our production facilities are open both to liquor artisans and to other agroecological projects.

Other projects that use our production facilities
Els Corremarges
Els Corremarges is a non-profit co-operative located in La Sala de Comalats, in the upper part of La Vall del Corb. They work to revive and promulgate popular uses of the vegetation they gather. They cultivate and collect flowers, herbs and fruits, which they use in their activities and events and to make homemade preserves at our production facilities. Thanks to them, we have been sharing our production facilities since fall 2018.

La Bodega de Borges
Arrels de Retrassia
Arrels de Retrassia is a project run by a couple from L’Albi aimed at preserving this age-old recipe from their village and perpetuating the local ratafia-making tradition. In some villages of the Ponent region, ratafia/retassia is called retrassia. They have been making it at our production facilities since 2020.
Products: “Arrels de Retrassia” retrassia/ratafia and quince retrassia/ratafia.
Licor Pedraforca
Licor Licor Pedraforca is a project run by a couple from Gósol that seeks to bring a liqueur as popular as patxaran to the forefront. This liqueur is made from sloes from the area of Pedraforca, hence its name. They have been making it at our production facilities since 2023.

La Sobirana SCCL
La Sobirana is a young co-op from Santa Coloma de Farners that promotes the culture of ratafia and alcohol sovereignty. After two years spent making their products at our production facilities, in 2021 they set up their own production facilities. It is a sister co-operative with whom we collaborate on many levels, including marketing and distribution.
