Our Vi de Nous, or walnut wine, is a smooth artisan liqueur with a wine base and green walnut maceration, without herbs. It is a traditional recipe rescued from oblivion that will surprise you with its unique taste while connecting you to our heritage and its wine culture.

Nyons is an artisan sloe liqueur (like patxaran). It is very fruity and results from years of home crafting experience. Made from wild sloes from Catalonia and a few small secrets from creator Ramon Simon. Very limited annual production.

Caràcter is the scent of the Ponent vineyards, olive groves, thyme fields and scrublands; it is the taste of an unconventional, highly aromatic vermouth. First comes the bitterness of the combination of three types of wormwood and the viscosity of the Arbequina olive. Next comes the sweetness of the hedgerow fruits (fig, pomegranate, strawberry tree fruit, rosehips…).

Meanwhile, Caràcter Reserva is aged for at least seven months in oak casks, gaining in body and exotic nuances.

This organic artisan ratafia is crafted exclusively from plants native to the Ponent region, just the right amount of sweetener (only 140g/litre from rectified concentrated grape must – no refined sugars are used), and passion for the region, quality and fine craftsmanship. Moreover, it comes in a returnable bottle. It features a smooth, balanced taste that evokes a unique landscape.
