This artisanal vermouth is made with native plants from Catalonia’s Ponent region, mostly wild, which have shaped its character for generations. Its maceration in wine takes us on a sensory journey through vineyards, olive trees, thyme fields, and scrublands of Ponent region.
Caràcter is a bitter, aromatic vermouth of extraordinary quality. It is Catalonia’s first 100% certified organic vermouth, and it is also low in sugar (100 grams/litre).
It is handcrafted at our own workshop, in Arbeca, in collaboration with researchers from Àlquia Produccions Enològiques and the ethnobotanist Airy Gras.
