Caràcter Reserva is the aged version of our first organic vermouth. To the indigenous botanicals, characteristics from Catalonia’s Ponent region, we add an artisanal method of ageing in French oak barrels for at least 12 months.
This process enhances the vermouth with nutty aromas, softens its distinctive bitterness and adds a touch of sweetness.
Our Caràcter vermouth’s second iteration is strengthened by the influence of wood and the the charm of oxidation, bringing more exotic nuances to the palate. This is an artisanal vermouth to sip and enjoy, one that needs to be served in a good glass, at a slow pace and well chilled, but not ice. A vermouth that is not in a hurry, and asks you not be either.
